The action is heating up in Cannon God Exaxxion, as our hero Hoichi has finally found his fighting spirit. At first troubled by the concept of sacrificing the few for he many, Hoichi saw many of his friends die at the hands of the colonizing aliens. Now that he's seen how mean they can be, he's about to show them the resolve of the humans, with fury and youthful rebellion. In the last issue, he was in a pitched battle with an alien robot of equal size and greater fury, but the fantastic technology developed by Hoichi's grandfather was the victor, and the irony is the technology originally belonged to the aliens of the past! How did it come to be on Earth? And how did Hoichi's grandfather develop the technology? Well, in issue #13 some of that will begin to be explained, and we'll see how Akane deals with being a captor of the aliens. Will they force the information out of her.
